Terms of Use (EULA)
The agreement that governs your use of IHaveNoKids, including auto-renewable subscriptions.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using IHaveNoKids you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app. IHaveNoKids is a childfree dating and community service operated by IHaveNoKids (ihavenokids.com). You must be at least 18 years old to use the community, and at least 21 years old to use the dating features.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not impersonate others, harass members, post unlawful content, or attempt to defeat our safety systems. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
IHaveNoKids offers an optional auto-renewable Member subscription: • IHaveNoKids Member — unlimited outbound likes, see who liked you, open conversations, all discovery filters, and profile visibility controls. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase, or to your card via Stripe when purchased on the web. Each subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
You can manage or cancel a subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store account settings (iOS), Google Play subscriptions (Android), or the billing portal in your account settings for web purchases. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies; requests for refunds on those purchases must be directed to the App Store or Google Play. For web purchases, contact support@ihavenokids.com.
User content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant IHaveNoKids a licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service so the app can function. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to it.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
IHaveNoKids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IHaveNoKids is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
